It’s never too early to learn yoga and powerful breathing exercises! Enroll your children (aged 7 and up) in our Virtual Yoga for Kids program and give them the opportunity to learn yoga in a fun and interactive environment! With the guidance of our yoga instructor, Vivien Gomes, your child will learn how to manage their stress, using techniques that can calm the mind and relax the body.
Wednesdays: 3:30 PM – 4:10 PM.
