Join us for our yoga class (beginner) via Zoom. Certified Yoga teacher, Mayra Chavez, will practice Pranayama, Asanas and Meditation. You will discover much wonderful yoga poses to incorporate into your daily practice. This will re-balance your life, improve your immunity system and increase your capacity to focus. You will also be able to release your stress and physical tension. Everyone is welcome!!
