Join us for our Wednesday Yoga class via Zoom platform. Certified Yoga teacher, Mayra Chavez, will be practicing Pranayama, Asanas, Kundalini and Meditation. You will discover many wonderful yoga poses to incorporate into your daily practice. This will re-balance your life, improve your immunity system and increase your capacity to focus. You will also be able to release your stresses and your physical tension. Everyone is welcome!!
