Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a personal practice that led to fitness, flexibility, and internal peace that combines the physical benefits of exercise with the spiritual qualities of meditation, leading to full nourishment of both mind and body.
There are many different types of Qi Gong practices, but most of them involve slow-moving exercises that reflect the qualities of nature.
See poster for more details. It is a drop-in class. The program room is next to Purdy’s Chocolates at the Amazing Brentwood Mall.
