Hi, I was told that there is a family place which opens on Saturday in the Burnaby Neighbourhood House. However, I can’t get this information on your website. So I just want to know whether it’s true or not. If yes, what’s the open hour for it. Thank you.

Hey there…new to Burnaby here, I used to go to another “Family Place” in another city and was told there are “Family places” all over in every city. I was also told that you guys offer counselling services, but dont see on here anywhere where it says counselling services are available, can someone point me in the right direction here please? We are a very low income family here as I am a single mom of 2 boys and am also looking for couples counselling as well. Thanks.

Is the family drop-in program available everyday? What are the family drop-in hours at the South House?

I was booked for 10:30 am on March 10th on 28 of February I want there on time I was told by the person who claimed she was a manager : she told me by looking at piece of paper and I was told I was not booked for today I came back home .
I told her my hip was replaced and I am coming by Bus from north Burnaby and is hard for me to call back and come again
she asked me I must also pay $5 membership fee in Cash ( I paid that last year when I done my taxes there and I was never told when I made a appointment) I came back home all this way then I get a call from Burnaby Neighborhood at 1:25 PM i told the a caller about this incident she said she is a manager and perhaps she did only looked at 10:30AM appointment as far as I am as a disable person she is not suitable for this job to treat a disable person like me and make me go home without even looking at appointment sheets for today please look to this matter and perhaps replace or retrain her ( I demand an apology from Burnaby Neighborhood center
Thank you
