Join us on Fridays for an energizing virtual Zumba class. This class will be held on Fridays from 7-8 pm, May 14 – 28, 2021!
The program is designed to introduce participants to the benefits of taking a Zumba class. A certified instructor will lead engaging sessions where participants will experience how Zumba can help to improve coordination and flexibility, tone and build muscles, help to lose weight in a healthy way, and be used as a great stress reliever.
