Our Community Adult Yoga program just got extended!
Dive deeper into body awareness through breath, meditation, and yoga postures. Join us on this extended journey of Sensory Integration Yoga (SIY) to holistic wellness!
When: Every Tuesday (March 5-March 26, 2024) from 2PM to 3PM
Where: BNH South House – 4460 Beresford St
Fee: $5 Community program fee/person (*program fee is only charged once per program)
