Residential Tenancy Workshop (Mandarin)

Burnaby Neighbourhood House is collaborating with the Chinese Policing Centre to offer this Residential Tenancy Workshop. You will learn about your rights and responsibilities in the rental process, so that you can conduct your rental transactions more confidently and wisely. Topics include choosing the most suitable housing; rental terms and conditions; tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities; handling rental disputes; and sharing of related resources.
