Finding a job can be challenging. How to develop a better understanding of what the employers look for in a candidate? How to get a job without having a lot of experience? How to compete for a job position and don’t become discouraged in the attempt?

An Employment Consultant from Work BC will be sharing her experience helping job seekers to find a job and will answer questions from the audience.

GUEST SPEAKER: Meitha Ratu, Employment Consultant and Job Developer at Work BC Burnaby-Edmonds.

Meitha has extensive experience assisting job seekers of diverse backgrounds in finding sustainable employment in different fields. Through her work, Meitha has developed a deep understanding of how to support clients in their career development; and how to build connections with employers.
