Caregiver Journey Lunch

If you are caring for an adult who is 55+, join us for the November workshop in our Family Caregiver Journey Series.
Join us for an engaging event featuring an informative Urinary Incontinence Workshop led by Proof of Care Agency. Following the workshop, enjoy a complimentary lunch with fellow participants. Afterward, we will dive into a creative art session guided by Lida, where we’ll paint with leaves, embracing the beauty of fall vibes.
Come to BNH South House (4460 Beresford St.) on Thursday, November 21 from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm where you will find a nourishing space to connect, discover valuable information, and engage in self-care activities to support wellness in yourself and those you care for.
