Jean's Drawing Class for Kids (Online)

Does your child like to draw? Nurture their creativity through our free Virtual Drawing Class for Kids. Give your child a fun and interactive group experience, led by our lovely and skillful art instructor, Jean, and all from the comfort of your own home!

The Newcomer Learning Club! (Online)

The Learning Club is a free online program for newcomer elementary students in Grades 2–7 who may need additional learning support. This program provides assistance with fun literacy activities and academic support to help children reach their full potential (in education and life). Lynn’s Cooking Connection – Cook and Chat (Online)

Discover some basic concepts of Qi (vital life force energy). Qi Gong focuses on breath and movement to open up the energy flow in the body. These gentle movement routines can add to anyone’s repertoire for health, stress management and fitness. These routines even alleviate lower blood pressure/cholesterol and improves digestion & respiratory conditions. Join us in enhancing your own awareness about energy! Outdoor Qi Gong is also available on Thursdays.

Yoga (Online)

Join us for our yoga class (beginner) via Zoom. Certified Yoga teacher, Mayra Chavez, will practice Pranayama, Asanas and Meditation. You will discover many wonderful yoga poses to incorporate into your daily practice. This will re-balance your life, improve your immunity system and increase your capacity to focus. Choose to Move at Home (Online)

Being active is one of the most important things seniors can do to maintain their overall health. Being active can help them feel better, look better and live longer. Choose to Move at Home is a new initiative from the Active Aging Society to help older adults stay active and socially connected while staying at home during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This free program is great for anyone age 65 years and older who wants to become active. It changes the way they live for the better! It’s about making choices and building habits!

Seniors Group Chat (Online)

The coronavirus is changing how we live our everyday lives. Being inside the house may be difficult for some people who are used to going out to meet their friends or being active outdoors. With many places closed and some events called off for the unforeseeable future, it also highlights how much we all need social connection. That is why we’re doing the best we can to help seniors stay connected.

Please join us for a virtual group chat via Zoom to meet new friends and help keep the mind active! This chat room can serve as a portal to meet new people, share interests and remain social. Each week we introduce a different topic.

Mother Goose Program (Online)

A fun group experience that introduces parents and their babies & toddlers (aged two and under) to the pleasure and power of using rhymes, songs, and stories together. Parents and caregivers gain skills and confidence that enable them to create positive family patterns during their children’s crucial early years. The program focuses on helping young children with their social, cognitive and emotional development.

Family Place (Online)

Families will have the opportunity to connect with and support each other in our community. With the same nursery rhymes, story time and a wide variety of kid activities that support your child development, our goal is to make our families feel like they’re right back at our Family Drop-In – but in the comforts of your own home!
