Event Series: Minds in Motion®

Minds in Motion®

March 14 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Minds in Motion® is a fitness and social program for people living with any form of early-stage dementia to attend with a family member, friend or other care partner. This program runs for 8 Fridays starting on February 7 and ends on March 28, 2025. See poster for more details.

The program is available in Cantonese. The registration fee is $40 (for 8 sessions).

Fridays: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at BNH South Community Hall (5024 Rumble St).
