Minds in Motion®

Minds in Motion® is a fitness and social program for people living with any form of early-stage dementia to attend with a family member, friend or other care partner. This program runs for 6 Fridays starting on October 25 and ends on December 13, with no session on November 8 and 22. See poster for more details.
The program is available in Cantonese. Registration fee is $30 (for 6 sessions).
Fridays: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at BNH South Community Hall (5024 Rumble St).
