International Overdose Awareness Day 2025

Join the Burnaby Community Action Team (BCAT) on International Overdose Awareness Day, Sunday, August 31st, 2025, at 1-4:00pm at Civic Square (6100 Willingdon Ave, Burnaby). This free event is a time to honour those who lost their lives to overdose, support the loved ones affected, and reduce the stigma surrounding substance use.
We will come together as a community to raise awareness of how devastating stigma can be, and foster better understanding and compassion for everyone affected by the toxic drug crisis. All are welcome. For more information, see attached poster or contact bcat@burnabynh.ca.
