A low-cost, day program for Burnaby seniors. Participants enjoy a day of therapeutic activities based on their health needs, including a warm, nutritious lunch, exercise, brain games, educational workshops, and more!

Our Dementia Friendly Cafes provide a welcoming and safe space for people living with dementia and caregiver to gather, socialize, and receive information to support participants' dementia journey.
