Do you need help completing your CPP, OAS, GIS, BC Housing Registry, SAFER or BC Bus Pass application? Trained volunteers will assist you with completing forms and provide information about local resources and services to help meet your needs.
Program Time: Form Filling Clinics operate on the following dates and times (excluding holidays): – South House: 1st Monday of the month, 12pm – 2pm; – North House: 2nd Tuesday of the month, 12pm – 2pm; – Brentwood: 3rd Wednesday of the month, 10am – 12pm
