Outreach Services for Families with Children 0-12
- Phone check ins
- Grocery shopping and other essentials for families who are isolated and can’t get out but can afford to pay
- Food security for low income families – delivery of donated food bags to families who are isolated.
- Support with connecting to any other needs that are identified.
- Virtual programming, will include – groups; children’s activities; parenting resources – connections to partners who are doing programming.
