Form Filling and Information & Referral
Are you a senior who needs help completing your:
• Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
• Old Age Security (OAS)
• Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
• BC Housing Registry
• Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters (SAFER)
• BC Bus Pass application
Trained volunteers will assist you with completing forms and provide information about local resources and services to help meet your needs.
Program Info: Form Filling Clinics operate on the following dates and times (excluding holidays):
May 2026 – September 2026 drop-in schedule (excluding holidays):
South House: 1st Monday of the month, 12pm – 2pm.
Brentwood: 2nd Tuesday of the month, 10am – 12pm.
Brentwood: 3rd Wednesday of the month, 10am – 12pm.
