Caregiver Support – Lunch & Learn

For Family and Friend Caregivers. The program provides a nutritious meal, an opportunity to meet other caregivers, informative workshops to support your caregiving role, and facilitate self-care activities that you can incorporate into your daily routine!
Program Time: 1st Thursday of each month, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, Brentwood House ; 3rd Thursday of each month, 10:30-2:00pm, South House
