Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. The practice entails low-impact physical activity, postures (called asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.
MONDAYS from 3:15 – 4:15 pm
THURSDAYS from 1:30 – 2:30 pm
Sessions will be conducted by a certified Mayra Gonzalez facilitator. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age and skill level just bring your own mat. 😊
